Saturday's Leg Night and yesterday's 6 mile run have got me hobbling today! Abs seem like the perfect thing to do before a long steam room and hot tub session! Crippled but happy the ankle doesn't hurt! hi pinky - thankyou again for this article... it is very interesting! and the model is awesome. i started to read it last night and was happy to see some of the exercises that i already try to do... like hanging leg raise and stab ball crunches etc. i like my ab videos, but i also like to do stuff on my own when i dont have time to find a video, etc. it helps having a pull-up bar. i also like to use it as a captain chair for crunches. oh my, i had better do some of that stuff today actually. anyway i will keep reading and will have more comments im sure. thanks again, :*carolyn.
