GRRR had to do bi's and tri's + swimming instead of mindless cardio last night

because the @$% & royal wedding special was on when Biggest Loser normally is on - GRRRR!   I stomped out of the cardio room and did tri's and bi's instead.  Don't have my list with me but found the rope pull in the big boy section of the gym and did that at 65 lbs, and I went up on the tricep dip machine to 105 lbs.  I used the 40 lb EZ curl barbell for tricep presses and can go up on those next time.  Biceps were the usual weights. 

There are some colorful characters at CAC.  Monday night a senior with 3 thick gold chains around his neck and a slight speech impediment went on and on about our new garbage system, how our regular garbage only gets taken every 2 weeks now that we have compost and yard debris pickup every week along with plastic, aluminum, paper and glass (I agree with him; 90% of my garbage is cat litter waste, nothing that can be recycled and my can is full to the brim with cat poop bags after 2 weeks but he just went on and on and ON about it). Last night in the sauna a younger dude was in there laying down and scatching his belly with a bath brush (!).  

Today is my rest day.  All I plan on doing tonite is snuggling with the kittehs!

oh man, i dislike people who think they can use up my time with

their incessant complaints. this happens to me at work all of

the time (customers do it and so do co-workers)... i used to try

to be polite and listen to them and be empathetic but ive grown

so tired of it, that now i just say 'uh-huh' and walk away!! it

feels rude for me to do that, but i think they are rude to try to

hold me hostage to their bitching...LOL
