Oh, what about when you have your work black pants on and they come past

for a smooch - suppose its not too bad as Tux is black fur, but still

they know when you dont want the too close so that is when they pounce.

You have to get one of those pill poppers for cats, I have one and they

are much better - I come away less injured than I did previously.

putting all its " fux tur " all over it! Just put something you DON'T want

them to lie on in there and wait - it doesn't take long. It has fur on

it now, so he won't lie in there any more. The hardest part is getting

him to wake up and look instead of trying to snooze and that is

dangerous - they get MAD when you disturb their sleep.

Thanks Bev,

You may remember that i was going to give Reductil a try - well i have been

on it for a month and it seems to be doing the trick because since i started

taking it - it has taken the edgw off my hunger and somehow i seem to be

a bit more restricted without the " reflux " side effect!!! I am eating well

and probably more than i was before but i have changed my eating habits!

I now have a big breakfast of muesli with added fruit and nuts which really

fills me - i usuallly have skinned chicken with beetroot and artichoke hearts

for lunch and maybe some fruit around 4pm and then for dinner I usually some

prawns or a WW meal and if i am still hungry i have a few crackers with cheese

slices. The weight has started to move in the downward direction at last

- its not skating but more of a gentle walk but i am happy with it and am

eating enough to be able to be able to continue this way - i will keep you

posted!

Cheers,

Elaine

PS Any news of when Ghyll returns?

Congratulations Elaine,

Slow

and steady does seem to be the way. As frustrating as the tortoise diet seems

to be.

Bev,

I love NCIS too. The kids are

trying to stall bed, so they can watch it!

Maree,

Is that your email to that started " Hallo and thank you so much

for the kind and flattering things you have written. It is appreciated

especially now when I am feeling so bulky. " ?

If so it definitely came through. Sometimes Yahoo doesn't post it back

to the sender but others in a group get it.

.

Also, I am wondering why it was deleted?? Have I said something wrong? If so I want to know what so I don't repeat the mistake in future posts. , you might like to contact me off line for a quick chat if you have a moment, save rewriting it. Thanks, Maree
