Guest guest Posted November 17, 2011 Report Share Posted November 17, 2011 Almost ready to go to sleep but wanted to (finally) post my workout from this morning. I'm so sick of nonstop days and tomorrow is another one but I'm off work Wed, Thurs & Fri next week plus we're not traveling farther than 10 minutes from our house for Thanksgiving so I'm looking forward to that. Anyway... I got a really late start to my workout and decided to just go with a quick, no-brainer, love it workout: 's Muscle Mile One. It is a very energetic one mile walk with 5 minutes of toning at the end (lunges, pushups and crunches). I put everything I had into it all and loved it. Felt great!! Tomorrow is a 5:45 AM abs workout. I'm thinking either 's Shortcut Abs (I did it once a few years ago and don't remember much) or The FIRM Ab Sculpt which I don't think I've ever done.
