Guest guest
Twisties would get stuck today Pyretta, I have chippies in the cupboard and I am not tempted - its a weird old day. How are you going? Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Mel
Guest guest
Hot here today as well... Makes me think that could be the problem...not sure. Oh well... tomorrow is a new day. Even bad food will come back up if things are a bit dodgy in the band department. Yesterday I had a bit of chilli chocolate that someone was handing out at the local shopping center... didn't stay down long and I had to do the bolt. It was downhill from then. I should never have tried to eat for 24 hours after that mishap... probably have caused swelling etc from the 4-5 pb's that I experienced yesterday. As always, my own fault. So, bad food does have a tendancy to come back up if conditions are not ideal. Mel > > Mel, > > I was under the impression twisties went down regardless. Kind of glad > to hear that isn't the case.
