Hiya JenWren

That is disappointing that your banding has been delayed, but it was perhaps not meant to be because you have this other medical situation to sort out first. You have to look at it in the positive light – you will be banded, just a bit later than you anticipated, and you will be going into it with better health because you will have the fibroid sorted etc. I think that there have been a few people here that have had hysterectomies and then had banding – cant see any reason why that would be a problem however be guided by your surgeon. They may need you to be fully recovered so your body can handle the op better or something.
