She so dippy but her workouts are usually pretty good so I just make fun of her the whole time. If you can put on a sarcastic face and interact with her she's tolerable!

LOL. Never thought of doing that, but I could see it working. I haven't done one of her workouts in ages. So how does she look now? Still young? I wonder how old she is now? yeah, it is her thing and she will never change... i do think

that she means well. she still has alot of fans, i guess ::shrug::

she still looks really young to me... looks great on the covers

of her new workouts.

(see sculpt & burn and shape up & shed)

but i havent done the workouts, or watched clips, to really see

for myself.

wikipedia says that she is going to be 55 in feb 2012.

I thought she was up there, but actually knowing she's 55 and looking at her is just WOW. You KNOW she doesn't look that good from just exercise alone.

LOL... she looks like she is 18 on the covers of her newest

workouts. at least kathy smith is looking more her age now.
