Sorry you didn't love it. I haven't been able to do most of the new.set since I still don't have power. Sorry your back hurts too. Most of the time I don't pay a lot of attention to the music with weights or toning workouts, but with cardio I do. I got up with my low back hurting and really wasn't into any workout. I was hoping I'd turn that around with a good step workout. Didn't happen this time. As you can see below I didn't work all that hard. My max was lower then what it usually is. The workout being a little easier was good for me for today though. Calories 350avg- 135max- 157steps - 5,600 Have a great day

Oh my gosh you still don't have power? Watching ESPN a lot of the personalities are saying that they won't have power until Friday, is that the case with you too?Vennitta
