Guest guest
Don't do a workout on a completely empty (i.e., VERY hungry!) stomach. It didn't take long before getting lightheaded as the blood sugar dropped I tried working out before without eating and I felt the very same way. I have to eat something before hand. That's why I have to get up an hour early before I can start my workout. A pain, but I'd rather do that then suffer and try to push through. ~~
Guest guest
I'm okay most of the time with my 5:45 AM workouts (every Monday and Tuesday plus sometimes other days as necessary too) just running downstairs for 30 minutes then showering, then eating. Sometimes though, if I wake up hungry, then I know I'm in trouble unless I eat at least 1/2 a banana. I'm very surprised I'm doing so well with that, even doing an intense cardio workout like I did today. I'm not sure I could do much longer than 30 minutes at that intensity with no food but maybe (and I don't really care to find out, I only do 30 minutes because that's all the time I have period on those days).
