What am I doing wrong???

Oooookay, this week I have been a VERY good girl. I have worked out every night

(even RUNNING on the treadmill for a minimum of 15 minutes out of about 20-30 on

the TM 3 out of 4 days). I've been as high as 90% of my max heart rate during

these runs. I've lifted about 20 minutes every other day. I've eaten about

1000-1200 calories per day. I drink about 80-100 oz of water everyday. I get

about 6.5-7 hours of sleep (often not enough for me!)

Why did I gain weight this week?

Why is my sciatica returning???

ARRRGGGG!! Just when I think I am in control of myself!!!
