This is the most interesting thing I've heard of this type since Rodney Yee cheated on his last wife! just found out (via collagevideo newletter) that guillermo gomez and janis saffel broke up! he is now married to jessica smith and he says that they are the perfect 'ying yang'.... which is funny because that is the title of a video janis did with scott cole. maybe they will get together....lol :*Icarolyn. Guest guest Posted December 4, 2011 Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 heh heh... glad to hear that others are interested in G and janis too. the last ive seen of janis is a bunch of her workouts in a discount bin at a tire store, of all places. ive always liked her and im not too keen on jessica smith... isnt she alot younger? maybe G traded janis in for two 20 year olds. what workout did G and jessica do together? collagevideo made reference to it too but ive never heard of it. (and i havent looked it up yet) ill have to look on the web too to see if there is any update on janis anywhere..... its funny how i feel for her like she is my friend! but we have done alot of workouts together. ROFL!!!! you are correct... it is the workout on her 'brand new butt & more' dvd. she has straight legs and bad form, does a million reps at high speed, then adds in upper body weights! ugh! i luv janis but those deadlifts messed both of us up bad that was back in 2006 and ever since then ive had to be careful not to tweak my back. :*carolyn. I might need to check this one out! i suppose that janis means to do 'stiff legged' deadlifts... meaning that your knees are bent and kept stiff in that position. however, she does them with her legs straight. also she leans over instead of sticking her butt out. maybe she even does some of them one-legged... LOL. whatever, just do your deadlifts properly and ignore her during that part. the rest of the workout is very good! and it is in the old 'red room with scary tree in the window' set. oh and add on additional stretching to this workout. :*carolyn.
