Hi L

If need breakfast and feel like breakfast - then eat and eat the healthiest you can. Because we can only eat smallish amounts, then its best to go with the most nutrient dense to fill the space - so protein is best. I try not to have carbs, they are quick to burn off and you feel hungry again soon.

So it comes down to what you feel like eating, what you can tolerate and work it from there.
