I'm watching a clip of Butts & Guts and am wondering how the resistance band is done up for the firewalkers. Just knotted and then around both ankles? Any tips for doing it?

She ties it and then pulls one end of it shorter so it doesn't dangle on the floor and she holds the long end up by her chest. I have a band that I keep tied just for this exercise. That way it's ready to go. This is a FABULOUS exercise.

Cool, I think I have an extra band I can do this with. I'm doing Butts & Guts either Wednesday or Friday so I've got time to play with it. Thanks, !

I'm not positive yet. If I do it Wednesday then I don't want to take the time to do the entire thing so I'll do just Premix #2 Overall Legs. If I do it Friday, I have more time and can do the entire workout (or at least attempt to). I'm going to decide on Wednesday I think! I've got legs down for Wednesday and core for Friday but this seems to take care of both so I might just save it for Friday and do who knows what on Wednesday! I'll let you know when I finally do something though!
