Hi all, today I did Coffee Myers 30 Min to Fitness Cardio Blast-the plyometric workout and then I did the 15 min. yoga section on Sansone Brisk Walk DVD. I thought the plyometric one would be too much for me, but it seemed just about right. I have been cutting back on all jumping workouts due to knee issues, but they felt good today so I went for it. The Yoga was way easy, but at least it was a nice stretch after the plyo. I just finished eating so I am off to do dishes and fix my lunch for tomorrow. Nite all.
