High intensity, good music, cues wonderfully and it was even good for an early AM workout because it wasn't complicated. I'd only done it once before, almost a year ago, and remembered it being really hard so I had serious dread of it. I'm glad I got over that though because yes, it was definitely intense but definitely doable even with less than optimal sleep and before breakfast (this morning's situation). does a very dynamic warmup (almost too dynamic for me this morning, I wasn't sure how I'd do with the workout but it was fine), then 3 combinations, very athletic for the most part, each separate. Each builds in intensity and then comes down and then builds up again as it is done on the other side. There's lots of plyo but a modifier shows all low impact moves. I will have to remember this one for my 30 minute 5:45 cardio sessions more often. Off to work soon. Tuesdays are my long day. 5 WW classes in 5 different locations, most clustered in or near one city at least and the last one, in the evening, near my house. I'm glad I got this in though!
