I did Glutecentric level one and T-Tapp basic workout plus. Right now I have been pacing myself as the MS is flaring. I have a UTI which triggered the flare. It sounds like a really bad one, the sample was rather nasty looking. I took antibiotics for it about 4 weeks ago, but it didn't touch it. So it has been brewing, getting worse even with cranberry juice and manatose.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that!Flares are nasty indeed. I hope it calms down and the

UTI is solved soon. Not good for Christmas (or any other time!).

Ugh! Sorry to hear about the MS flare and UTI flare! So, how do you like T-Tapp? I have a couple of her workouts - I used to find them effective for helping my back, but since I started going to the chiropractor I have avoided them b/c she uses a pelvic tuck position for a lot her exercises, which is not a good position for me or my back. I still have held on to them - although I'm not sure why. The one time I tried them after going to the chiro for awhile, it really flared my back up! So, thinking, I should get rid of them, shouldn't I? :)

Oh, not to be a downer, but I have heard of a lot of people getting injured w/ 's workouts. Be careful w/ them!!!

Yes, get rid of them, Donna!! I'd think you could do well trading them or even selling them and then get things you'll enjoy doing without any injury! :-)

The t-tapp has been life changing for me !!! I am very happy with them. For me, I really need the neurokinetic flow since mine is being damaged from the MS. It feels like I am getting the messages to the muscles to move. It's easier to activate them. It helps to clear my foggy brain. When It gets foggy I can do hoedowns and it clears up a bit. My balance has improved. In the beginning my back had increased soreness, due to using the muscles I realized that hadn't been used. I also learned to relax my neck more and to be more aware of the body alignment - to listen to my bodies need during the workout. It helped to relieve of the back muscle strain. Balance wise when you do the hoe downs, I could not do them without wobbling all over the place and move my arms the ways

she does as you move your leg. Now, I do fine. As the muscles in the back got stronger when she does the balance moves like thread the needle, I don't wobble much. In the beginning I was falling all over the place stumbling, holding on to the wall. I di the workouts consistently for about 2 months , then travel and illness took me away from them. The great thing about them is when we walked on the beach I could walk further. It retrained my foot muscles so I can raise it up when I take a step so I don't stumble. I can tiptoe now, before I couldn't due to the damage. I had done all kinds of workouts including tons of calf raises without any improvement. The muscle was atrophying. The t-tapp reversed it. My muscles fatigue when walking in the 3-4 mile range before t-tapp. Since t-tapp, I can walk those distances most days without any issues. My walking speed has

improved, I don't need a walking pole usually, I don't have to hold on to my husband for balance when I walk. When my muscles feel like lead, I can think the moves in my head to correct my alignment. Using the moves reactivates the muscles so I can walk much better. After ttapp I could do workouts that I haven't been able to do in years. Like step aerobics !!! I love doing step aerobics. I was able to do longer distances walking and jogging, and longer leslie workouts. Just being able to do things like that is thrilling. I can do some kickboxing too now, where as before I couldn't and my jumping is improving. Just being able to advance a bit in workouts is a blessing. I found it took almost the two months to get the muscle activation down. Even then there is always room for improvement. Little tweeks make the workout harder - like working on the form.

Right now I am doing the BWO+ to get back in to it. As I improve I will increase the length of the workouts. I am also doing T.A. to see how it works with me. Today I did BWO+, , and T.A. I read on the pelvic tuck somewhere I think some helpful clues. I can't remember right now what it was. It was an ah ha moment. If you are having back pain, the best workout is Knight Somatic Yoga set. It is for sale on amazon or at his site. It took away pain I had for about 6 months. The pain would run down my leg. My foot would burn. Now its gone.
