Cathe Pyramid Upper Body

I did the down pyramid premix this morning but didn't do the stability ball abs at the end since I didn't have that much time. I don't know why they're included but not accounted for in the timing it says the premix should take. The 29 minutes for just the upper body is perfect for my 5:45-6:15 workouts but then I have to remember to skip ahead to the cool down. Oh well. It is my only complaint in this otherwise excellent premix. The screens signals what body part she's doing next before she starts and Cathe always announces what weights she's grabbing too. I started out following the weights I used when I did the "up" premix in September but then increased them in most of the 2nd half of the workout (and could have earlier but didn't think so until I got more courageous later on). I actually matched Cathe on some (in the middle of the pyramid). Of course, this was only doing half the workout so we'll see what kind of weights I can do next time I do the entire workout! ;-) Off to work soon then lots of busy stuff afterwards too. I still hate working out before I'm conscious but I am so glad to know it is done too! With the day I have planned today, I know I would not have ended up working out if I'd put it off until later like I thought about when I first woke up!
