45% 121.00 99.00Well this is my after Thanksgiving weigh-in...here comes the bad news, not only didn't I exercise much (I only played

volleyball once for 2 hours) BUT I started over-eating and eating sweets at the beginning of this week.I gained 4.6 lbs TERRIBLE...but it's over and I'm back on track. I actually weighed closer to 208 lbs so I've all ready starting losing YEA!Next year I will have to exercise more and wait until Thanksgiving before I start eating....I really didn't do too bad with portions....oh well live and learn! Jen

I have a food hangover! I didn't overindulge much on any one day - but I have eaten things I normally don't every day - so back to healthy habits today!!

I have gone back to my healthy eating. I'm planning on walking on my treadmill soon then tonight I have volleyball. Jenp.s. maybe will do PHH Bun Shaper too, we'll see
