Guest guest Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Hi Everyone!Back to Monday - which, in a way is almost good b/c at work I can actually sit for a few hours - something I don't feel I did during the weekend! Today's workout was Body Sculpt from the BSS1 kit. It had been a long time since I did this one. Jen Carmen leads it and it is divided into upper and lower body - each segment is about 15 minutes. Your basic FIRM exercises, squats, lunges and tall box for legs - push-ups, bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc. for upper body. I went moderate on the weights and used 10's for just about everything. I can bump up in a few places, I think for lower body, but since it had been so long since I did this one I went a little more conservative.I stretched on my own.Tomorrow is scheduled to be Super Cardio Sculpt w/ Tucker and my hope is to get 20 min of Pilates or Yoga in afterwards. I have been neglecting that again and need to get back on track w/ it. Plus, my DD has a dentist appointment in the morning, which will give me an extra 30 minutes - dentist is later than school start time! I'm actually a bit worried about her appointment - she really is going to need major orthodontic work. We saw an ortho in the summer ans we're due to go back in June. Her mouth is really crowded and although she lost 2 of her top baby teeth, her adult teeth have no room to come in. YIKES!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
