I just feel I have lost my motivation because being even near my goal weight seems so far off! I am still trying though, I got a large salad (greens) from a pizza place that my mom and I will eat over the next 2 or 3 days. AND, I lost a pound from yesterday Jen

Break it into smaller goals. Smaller than 10% or 5% too. When you see yourself making those smaller goals, don't minimize their importance, celebrate them and your own commitment to yourself, then set another one and keep moving forward!

I have % of weight loss for my goals on my weight post I email every Sunday. The problem is that I got down to 181 and then I re-gained almost all of the weight...it made me mad at myself and discouraged, but I'm trying to get over it...I guess this happens often. Jen

so what is the plan now?

every time you eat you have the chance to start over and be successful. as i

have said before consistancy is going to be the key to your success.
