Guest guest
I just feel I have lost my motivation because being even near my goal weight seems so far off! I am still trying though, I got a large salad (greens) from a pizza place that my mom and I will eat over the next 2 or 3 days. AND, I lost a pound from yesterday Jen Jen's Weigh-In for 12/04/11 Sunday My Highest Weight: 220 poundsLAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 206.6 THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.2LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: GAIN of 0.6 pounds AIR-DYNE STATIONARY BIKE: 0 minutesBOWLING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 44 minutesGARDENING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesSWIMMING THIS WEEK: 0 minutes VOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 240 minutes WALKING THIS WEEK: 40 minutesWALLYBALL: 270 minutesWATER EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 0 minutesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 594 minutes This year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my highest weight which was 220 pounds (June 28, 2009.) Guest guest
Break it into smaller goals. Smaller than 10% or 5% too. When you see yourself making those smaller goals, don't minimize their importance, celebrate them and your own commitment to yourself, then set another one and keep moving forward! Guest guest
I have % of weight loss for my goals on my weight post I email every Sunday. The problem is that I got down to 181 and then I re-gained almost all of the weight...it made me mad at myself and discouraged, but I'm trying to get over it...I guess this happens often.
