Good morning!

I had down to do legs this morning, but the DOMS kicked in yesterday. I don't know if it was from Turbo B or Afterburn. Maybe both?

I went with kickboxing and did Rapid Fire Results. I did all the combos and drills and stopped it there. I put in Rodney Yee Power Yoga For Flexibility. I ran out of time so had to cut the yoga just about 5 minutes shy of finishing. Man I hate that!!!!

With the kickbox and the yoga I burned 457 calorie, avg 136, max 177 and I got in around 5,000 steps. Not bad!!!
