Guest guest Posted November 16, 2011 Report Share Posted November 16, 2011 Ya, another butt-kicker under my belt  And, I slept well last night. I was up at 3, and though...uh-oh.. but was able to go to sleep until 4:30. Good stuff. I feel like my motivation is coming back. Yay! Maybe due to my pair of jeans yesterday - ha! Anyway, I did Seasun's Stepping Up. I had no idea how long I'd be able to go due to being short on time. The boys have to get up earlier nowadays cuz I'm driving them to the bus stop instead of school in the morning. I'm happy to report, I made it to 45 minutes. The only thing left was putting them all together.  I caught onto most of the choreo right away too... Anyway, I was spent, and ready to stop. Love this workout! I did it with 2 risers, and my legs kind of felt like led, and I feel like I can't move quite as fast as normally, but I'll take what I can get w/ just 3 months PP. I burned a respectable 703 calories with my average at 154 when I shut my HRM off around 48 minutes.
