Went to see my surgeon yesterday and...

I think poor Dr B got his ear and then some chewed off by me yesterday arvo. I saw him at 4 and left at 6pm. He eventually convinced me to get .25ml out, and it has done the desired – I am hungry I can eat, no reflux. I ate like a demon last night. I am `hungry' this morning and I just had a drink and it made me nauseous. That is a problem, hungry and cant drink/ eat. But its early days yet, things might get better. I saw the dietician too, she was good. Gave me some good pointers and so I might even take note of what she said – world first!!

I do know one thing, I am back next year for the first available appointment for that fill back in. I have lost 7kg since the last fill, so it was doing the right thing. At least I will get to enjoy a bit of Xmas feasting – this could be dangerous.
