I think after that I will be back on a yearly schedule. I can't tell you what a relief it was!For my workout today it was Firm BSS2 Complete Aerobics & Weight Training w/ . is more toned down in this one than she is in the "pink" FIRMs. I really enjoyed this workout - standard FIRM stuff - some cardio, some weights, mixing up the muscle groups. This one also had a fairly long stretch compared to other FIRMs. I also think I'm ready for heavier weights - amazing how quickly I seem to build up my strength when I do the FIRM regularly.Tomorrow is a rest day on the rotation but I will do (somewhere between 3 and 5 miles) and some yoga (probably more from a.m. yoga for your week).Talk to everyone later - and, thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, they worked!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I always forget how hard works you when I start it. I don't know why, maybe because she looks so young in it (to me anyway) that I trick myself into thinking she's harmless, ha! I love how a FIRM rotation makes me stronger and brings out a lot of muscle definition. I want both right now but I also want to use a lot of my virgins and try other things so I'm holding off on doing a FIRM rotation for now, maybe in January, but it does bring great results! Enjoy the rest of your night!
