Hi Everyone,

Got back to working out today after the holiday - I did Firm Body Sculpt Blaster w/ Tucker. I used to have this on VHS, but I received it on DVD in a trade (yay!) It may be the best of the 6 pack - very efficient workout - and short I'm into short workouts these days, 40 min or less b/c I can't motivate myself to do much more. And, if I start w/ something shorter, I usually do add on if I have time. This morning I added on Rodney's a.m yoga for your week - Standing Postures It was 20 min of your basic standing postures - warriors, triangles, etc

With my love of shorter workouts, I'm thinking of pre-ordering Coffey Meyer's lates 30 min to Fitness DVDs (3 for $39). does a nice job of putting together a challenging workout in 30 min plus she often offers pre-mixes that mix things up and create longer workouts for days when there is more time.

Then - we took a 45 min family walk - nothing strenuous, but good to get outside.

Ok - I'm off to get the lights out of the crawl space so they are ready for DH to hang outside.

Take care!Donna

Okay, I looked around her website a bit and have definitely decided I'd like to get at least one of her workouts. Any suggestions on the best ones (especially of the 30 Minutes to Fitness series)? I'll add them to my wish list! Thanks!

- I have a bunch of her workouts I am looking to sell for less than you can buy on her site. If you want to send me a private email, I can send you the list.

Hi ,

Right now, & Noble has Train Like a Contender and Split Sessions for $11 and change. That is a steal! These are her two newest - she has 3 new ones coming out later this year or early 2012. As to which ones are good, it depends on what you are looking for - she does circuit workouts, straight lifting, cardio, etc. Also, if you like I can e-mail you a coupon code for 30% off one itme that is good for today (Cyber Monday) at B & N. I am a B & N member, so I get the coupons and free shipping.

Take care!Donna
