Guest guest
Hi all, I got up this morning and I did the 10 minute Body Power quick bonus from Bob Harpers Total Body Tranformation DVD, now I can cross this one of my virgin list, a good tough little 10 minutes. Then I did the Agility X workout from the Lose Weight in 8 DVD. It was 30 minutes long. It has some kickboxing and some animal walks, there is a bear walk, a crab walk, a duck walk and a creepy crawly walk, all of which are hard. LOL. I liked this workout though. I got this one from the exercise TV sale, I think it was like $1.00 and a dollar well spent. After my workout, I went to church, I just got back. Have a great day all. Guest guest
This morning I did the Action Sports Chisel workout. That is the one that I was going to try to get in last nite but never did. That finishes up that DVD. I also did Sansone Brisk Walk which is a 2 mile walk. This DVD also has a yoga section that I will do tomorrow morning before work with whatever workout I decide to go, I need to go pick one out right now actually and make my lunch for tomorrow. I finished up a bit more Christmas shopping today. I bought my husband a Keurig and some of the K cups to go with it. I've been looking at those coffee pots, but not hot on having to use those little cups. I'm wanting a single serve coffee pot that you use just regular coffee in. One where I can just stick my cup under it. Those Keurig are really neat though. I'm also loving those new ones that have the hot water on the other side. Hopefully I'll get one for Christmas. Never heard of the action sports chisel workout. Who instructs it? I've been seeing a lot of lately. Every time I see someone do her workout I wonder if it would be good for me to get my steps in. Are all her workouts just like marching in place? Are they super easy? ~~

Guest guest
Hi , I used to have a 4 cup Mr. Coffee and that was perfect for me - I'm generally the only person in the house who drinks coffee regularly. The small Mr. Coffee was pretty inexpensive. You can also try a French Press. Guest guest
I like the newest 5 mile leslie. It's not just walking. It's more marching in place, moving forward and back, different steps. It's kind of like the old fashioned aerobics class I took in the 80. You can get your heart rate up by using weights or boosting with a few moves. The newest leslie has better music, young ladies who are perky, energetic. >I've been seeing a lot of lately.
