Thank you! They went after that pesky cerebrospinal fluid leak. I am so ready to close that chapter and get on with my life!I'd enjoy seeing pictures. I don't get to travel too often, and it's nice to see what things look like in other parts of the country.

   No, I don't carry a camera, I like to try and walk as fast as I can or do an interval walk.  Maybe I will do an extra walk just to take pictures.

Jen's exercise for 11/02/11 WednesdayMy 4pm student canceled today so I decided to come home and go for a long walk before going back to work at 7pm.

I walked outside for 56 minutes!  It was about 70 degrees here in Michigan...I really wish it would stay like this all winter!I walked 7,179 steps and 2.72 miles and I walked at a speed of 20:35 per mile.

Does anyone here still read my posts?  I hope so because I post here for the accountability.
