Guest guest Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 Had a most wonderful workout tonite, went up in weights for some things, 3 sets of 10 as usual:seated row machine (life fitness)underhand grip setting: 85, 70, 70overhand grip setting: 70, 65, 60Front Pulldowns (Hammer Strength) 40, 50, 45 per armiso-lateral rowing (Hammer Strength)25, 25, 25 per armFixed Pullodown (life fitness)100, 95, 85eliptical level 14, 20 minuteslap swim 20 minutesGod I love swimming. In a sick way I think my ankle injury is a message from somewhere saying I need to get back into it. I feel so glorious while in the water and I sleep so well afterward!
