Yes, my roof forms the end bit of the third run way - no really they do. I get to wave them out, they see me pegging my knickers on the line and i can here them snigger when they read what size they are.

There was a Qantas flight that sucked something into the engine a few years ago and debris dropped all over the roof of our house and surrounds. Wasn't that a day to remember! As long as the whole engine bit doesn't come down I will be happy! We never had this until the third runway was opened, so I feel justified in my complaints because we didn't buy the house when that was operating - it was forced on to us!

I agree it is one of the best Aussie films; we are forever quoting it in our house. Especially the 'tell him he's dreaming', if I had to pay royalties on that line I would be bankrupt!

I think that one is used in this house a lot... and we don't have a billiard room, which makes it even funnier! Now I am going off to find the DVD to watch it again!!!!
