I know what you mean, when my DH is home we trip all over each other. I have my routine down pat and his presence messes it up! Donna Subject: Friday WorkoutTo: Cathe_Friedrich_Fans , exercisevideos , fitandthatsit Date: Friday, November 4, 2011, 8:43 AM Good morning! I went with Cathe's Tri-Sets Upper Body again. This time I decided to try something different and go with the "instructor only" and not have any music. Not that I hate the music in this one, but just for something different. I've never done weight work without music before and I actually really liked it. I also left out the abs. Chest, Shoulders, Triceps Solider Planks- I did regular pushups here on my toes for both sets YAY! Incline shoulder press 12 Lying triceps extensions 10 Pushups- toes Incline Arch Raises 8 Plank kickbacks (did these on all 4's) 10 Alternating chest fly's 15 external rotation lateral raise 8 (not real fond of this exercise. My shoulder does feel good with this motion) dive bomber or see saw pushups- see saw pushups Back, Biceps & Core (no core) One arm row w/rear leg raise 20 Incline bicep curls 15/12 Pullovers 20 Simultaneous curls 12 Rear delt fly 5's ( I need to go up next time) Concentration curls 12 My DH is laid off all next week due to another plant being down. Oh joy! My routine will be SO screwed up with him being home. I guess I can only hope we can just get along with each other. I tried it without weights and found I had to be super careful about the positioning of my shoulder blades. Your weights are fantastic! I also am not sure what's going on with that music, LOL. It almost sounds like electronic bagpipes sometimes. I love it when DVDs let you shut off the music. It's going to be months before I can attempt this one, but that's OK. I might have to just do something completely different next time.
