I like CLX a lot but her other strength workouts, the ones I did in Turbo Fire, aren't for me. Love her cardio though! So much that I became an instructor! Off to Group Kick Good morning! I decided to FINALLY get one done that I haven't done in FOREVER and have yet to get it turned backwards. I don't even have notes on this one it's been so long. I broke out Turbo Jam Total Body Blast with Chalene . This is the only workout I have from her. I think she instructs well and does well at motivating you, but there's still that something I can't figure out that I don't like about her. Anyway, this workout was so fun. It wasn't near as hard as I remember it being. I remember the last time my shoulders were on fire because you literally hold the stability ball almost the whole workout. I didn't get fatigued at all this time and most of it was pretty easy, but the fun factor is what I was loving. Here's all the segments. Most are around 2 to 3 minutes each and the ab segments are done long enough that I get a burn from them. cardio blast 1 ab blast 1 lower body blast 1 upper body blast 1 kicks 1 ab blast 2 thighs and booty blast ab blast 3 cardio blast 2 ab blast 4 thighs and booty blast 2 ab blast 5 cardio blast 3 ab blast 6 kicks 2 abs and core cardio blast 4 booty blast lower body blast 2 core stretch Don't be fooled by all the upper and lower body blast. I didn't feel much of a burn on any of that and there are no weights used in this workout. Like I said, this workout was more fun and different then what it was hard to do. Didn't even work up much of a sweat so that's why I was so surprised by my numbers. I burned 408 calories, avg 133, max 170 and I got in 3,260 steps. This was definitely a nice change up in workouts.
