Guest guest
Today I did Crunch Action Sports DVD that I bought from the exercise TV close out sale. It has 3 workouts on it, they are 20 min. each. So far today I have done Ass & Abs, and Diesel. There is another one called Chisel that I plan to do later today. The instrutor for these is Opperman. They were okay, I liked them. I got my one dollars worth out of them. I am being lazy today, my husband is out cleaning the yard after our huge wind storm we had, the grandkids are helping him. I am just sitting on my butt playing computer and watching TV right now. I will get up soon and start cleaning house. I made some homemade "sausage" gravy this morning and served it over canned biscuits, it was pretty tasty.
Guest guest
Cheerleading Coach! My daughters school needs a good one because hers is horrible. Wanna move to Georgia?Tonya Today I did Train2Cheer. I ordered this from since she has it on for her weekly specials this week. It arrived yesterday and I did it this morning. This was an awesome workout. The music totally rocks and no equipment is needed. It is not something I probably would have even taken a second look at, but I remembered a thread on VF where someone said the music was good. I did have to cheat a little on the bottom end pushups as those were hard for me, but I really did love this workout. It went so fast with that great music. Now that I can do this, does anyone know of any jobs for a 48 year old graying cheerleader? LOL. -- Tonyawww.trainingwithtonya.comwww.facebook.com/trainingwithtonya www.twitter.com/trainingwtonya
