Zumba + Shoulders

Man I am hooked on this Zumba class.  There were around 22 people tonite, pretty darn good for a 7:30 class at a sleepy club!  We get Christie 4 more Mondays and then the new person takes over.  Someone said they didn't like her class but I'm going into it with an open mind.  As long as this person seems warm and fun it won't really matter so much I don't think.

Shoulders afterward were 3 sets of 10:lateral raise machine:  35, 35, 35shoulder press machine:narrow: 35, 35, 35wide: 25, 25, 25reverse flys: 10, 10, 10 (should have used less but this other chick had the 7.5's, I should have just gone to the circuit room or Group X Room where there are lots dumbells in the smaller sizes)

kettlebell clean and press, the fun one of the night:  8 kg = 17.63 lbs all three sets of 10Tomorrow is the long 2 hour low intensity recumbent bike while I watch the Biggest Loser in the Cardio Studio.  Wednesday will be my rest day, and the day I dye my hair black and turquoise.
