Guest guest
Oh yay! I always enjoy it when you go back to your FIRMS, Donna! I don't know how you manage to do rotations for so long - you are my hero that way! hi Everyone!More FIRMing today - I'm glad I went w/ the FIRM for this month, it is restoring some of my motivation. Today " Body Sculpt " from BSS1 was up, but I remember that one being tough and long-ish - so, since I'm doing back to back FIRMs this week I decided to go w/ something shorter and easier. I grabbed SuperCharged Sculpting from the BSS4 (TransFIRMer series). This was a good one - straight up sculpting (no cardio intervals) using the step, transFIRMer and high step. Pam Cauthen leads this one and does a good job. Allie, , Annie and are in the background. There are two segments - starting w/ lower body, moving to upper body and finally ab work. I also liked that the ab work wasn't just crunches - she did planks as well and some extension moves for lower back. The DVD also has an 8 min yoga inspired stretch which fit well for me today.Ok - it promises to be a crazy day at work....well, at least it is a short week!Take care!Donna
Guest guest
I was never sure what firms to do when putting a rotation together using just them. I guess because each one seems so similar to the other.Yes, I'm looking forward to the short week. 's last day is Tuesday.**----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >, <FitFirmies >Subject: Monday - FIRMing!Date: Mon, Nov 21, 2011 11:07 am hi Everyone!More FIRMing today - I'm glad I went w/ the FIRM for this month, it is restoring some of my motivation.
