HB 565 Subcommittee Hearing

Monday, March 5, 2001

2:00 or shortly after (in case the house lets out a bit late)

Room 605 in the Legislative Building (right across the street from the

capitol...one of the big white marble buildings)

PLEASE BE THERE. We need you to come and bring pictures of your kids...or

your kids in person if you need to. It is very important that you come to

this, because there will be those who would try to wittle down the bill

until it doesn't help us or who would like to see it fail altogether. I

promise you that these people will be very vocal. We need to be just as

vocal.

The last time we had a meeting on this, only 1 parent came, which is

absolutley terrible considering the importance of this bill. This would

mean that our kids would receive the insurance benefits that are now

continually denied. They could get treatment which you might not otherwise

be able to afford.

PLEASE MEET ME IN ROOM 605 OF THE LEGISLATIVE BUILDING ON MONDAY AT 2:00 AND

FIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE.

This bill has an excellent chance of passage..but not without parent

involvement. We need to show the legislators how important insurance

benefits are to our children.

You can contact me at or at theclaw@... if you need

more information or directions.

Thank you very much...and I hope to see most of you there....because if you

don't show, there won't be a group of others to take your place and there

won't be anybody sticking up for your child.

Sincerely,

Donna Galler
