Margaret: How is Mr. G handling this???

They mentioned yesterday that since 9/11 they have seen American's attitudes

have changed towards one another...and in times of need, they are banding

together..

And planning ahead - a wonderful thing. Our families with kids at home -

hope y'll are planning things to keep the kids occupied without electrc,

lots of snacky foods, no cook foods. Keep safe!!!

My son in Chesapeake Beach, MD lost electric yesterday - they are saying it

could be a week before they have any. But he suffered no water damage -

lost a shutter and some flashing - hasn't checked the roof yet as it is

still raining pretty hard.

My MA kids are waiting landfall in about 3 hours, but gusts up sto 50 miles

an hour - nothing to sniff at but bertter then 100 MPH sustained. Still

have electric.

B'kly family - no electric, rain is abating.
