SLANDER

I am not a lawyer, but I have been told MANY times and I hear it in court

all the time:

*a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report: **a slander against

his good **name.*

You cannot be found guilty of SLANDER if what you say is true. Also -

anyone at anytime can file suit. Doesn't mean that it will be accepted by a

a court of law, nor that they will win.
