Guest guest
I am not a lawyer, but I have been told MANY times and I hear it in court all the time: *a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report: **a slander against his good **name.* You cannot be found guilty of SLANDER if what you say is true. Also - anyone at anytime can file suit. Doesn't mean that it will be accepted by a a court of law, nor that they will win. > ** > > > Desi, > You are so right!
