sooo young sorry to hear you got this junk so young . my rheumy slowly

increaced my metho. it slowly helped till we got up to 25 mg. hope you don't

have to take that much. just hang in there. you long road ahead of you . hope

they caught it soon enough. they didn't catch mine till about 3 yrs. after i

had it. there is a bottle opener y black & decker that helps a lot i have one .

i've also got in my hands wrists and shoulders ankles and feet. TAKE CARE..

in the past month or so it go unbearable! My hands, wrists, knuckles,

elbows, neck and shoulders are affected the worst. My boyfriend has to

brush my hair for me!!!! (he is NOT good at it)

The Dr started me on Methotrexate, and just gave my ibuprofen for the

swelling (not doing any good I might add). My hands and wrist are so

sore at this point I find it hard to write or even brush my teeth. How

long did it take for the Methotrexate to take effect on any of you?

Are there any ways to make the little thing I have to do during the day

easier?

Sorry for the long rant, I'm just so confused and overwhelmed at this

point.
