Ken,

I have to say that your poem was beautiful, and it so close to home it made me

cry. It is nice to know that even if the people that live closest to you don't

always fully understand, there are very caring, warm people in this group that

do.

For those whose marriage is " rocky'....I feel so very bad.

We deal with Doctors who don't really try,

and brush us off,like dust upon their shirt,

refusing to see that inside we cry,

that inside we really hurt.

I tip my hat to those of you,

who somehow find the strength to rise from bed,

knowing you've got that job to go to,

despite the pain that would make the " normal " dead,

Only to hear at work the words " Well, all it is is arthritus! "

Too bad we just can't up and say " Why don't you all just Bite us! "

We cannot do the things we did,

just like we did before...but yet we try to keep on going strong,...

with joints that grind upon the bone,that takes away our song....

yet, still, we try

to sing.

and wait upon the flare to go,and pain to ease the sting.

and all we really have is one another!

I Praise each one of you, who help each other!

I know who the " Heros are!!!!! They are YOU!
