keep on telling the story. Our SPED director moved to a nearby county to

take over as principal in a middle school . Be sure I let parents there

know what a witch she is in denying FAPE to students.

Margaret,

It's amazing that boards of ed never bother to investigate past history with new

administrative hires. It's all about the bottom line. The students are rarely

considered. I'm glad you tipped off the sped director. Typically a

superintendent doesn't get involved in sped but they certainly set the tone.

Hi, Everyone....I read the paper in horror yesterday!!! Our new

superintendent for our school district is the former assistant superintendent

from

the *district from H*## !!! YEEEEEEEE GGAAADDDSSS!!!

I immediately called our Spec Ed director and spilled my story about THAT

district. " Mentally R people BELONG in classrooms with other mentally R

people " .......I can never get that out of my mind!!! She was very thankful

for the information and assured me that our district will remain committed to

inclusion and that people move here because of that fact.....just like we

did for Gareth to go to Lifelink, at PSU.

Take care, Everyone.
