Hello,

Just thought I would introduce our great family to you all. My name is BobbieJo.

My little angel is who is 5 years old he has Down Syndrome, ASD and ADHD.

He has a younger brother named Kayde is 4and dad who is also a . My

was diagnosed with Down Syndrome at 5 months gestation. We received the ASD

diagnosis about 3 months ago and the ADHD diagnosis last month. I was relieved

to get the ASD diagnosis because I have always felt that he was different from

he peers with Downs. When I told his school they laughed at us and said they

" just don't see it, he has Down Syndrome that's why he is the way he is " . They

need proof of the new disorder. So I brought them the diagnosis from his

doctors. They said sorry, but it doesn't help so much. He has not been put on

any meds for the ASD/ADHD because I am so scared of how it will change him. We

are gonna try, I guess, we return to his neurologist this month. The same day we

return to the hematologist/oncologist to find about about the leukemia results.

I love all the info everyone post about meds and everything else as well. We are

just starting on this journey. Just to add one more thing Kayde is the BEST

younger brother I think we could have asked for.
