Guest guest
I do not see a rheumatologist (sp?). My family doctor treats me and my neurologist treats me for fm since I have restless leg syndrome too and some of the medications that help fm make rls worse. Muscle relaxers make rls worse, so I cannot take them or my legs keep me awake at night. I have to take a Parkinson's drug for them. I was takinf naprosyn for the fm, but it has so many side effects I stopped taking it. tramadol seems to be working on the fm and the congenital back defect I have and the neurologist prescibed it. My family doctor has a pharmacy in her office so she knows all the drugs I take and makes sure none of them interact with each other. She is a very good doctor and does not believe fm is all in my head. __________________________________________________
