Guest guest
a: After my meltdown on Friday, I sent this on to my husband's email. He read it on Saturday, and he said that now he understands more of what I go through with FM. He let me sleep in, and took care of the horses and chickens so that I could rest more. I have to remember that he is also affected by my RA/FM, not directly, but indirectly which can cause him to over react at times. I am feeling a bit better today because of it. He was good with the RA from emails I had sent him, so I figured this FM email was important for him to read. It was a wake-up call for him that it's not just the RA anymore, but FM too kicking my butt. Guest guest
Kathe, I'm glad the article helped your husband understand what you go through on a daily basis. Getting enough sleep can be challenging for someone with FM. Your husband is a sweetie for helping you. Are you still able to ride? a On Oct 24, 2005, at 3:57 PM, Kathe Sabetzadeh wrote: > a: > > After my meltdown on Friday, I sent this on to my > husband's email. Guest guest
Hi a: He is a good guy, and 99% of the time is very understanding and helpful. We all have our days, and that was one of his. As far as riding is concerned, I have not been able to ride for over a month, but with the Prednisone working its magic, I am anxious to ride again and hope to do so with my best friend in a day or two. Have to work around her work schedule - we used to ride every day together when we first met 12 years ago - those were the good old days! I am able to get around so much better now, combination of the antibiotics finally geting the infections cleared up, being back on Enbrel, and the Pred. I am only on 5mg. a day but it sure helps. I know I will have more pain again when I stop taking it, but am enjoying how I am feeling now. Guest guest
Kathe, Mine is great 99% of the time too. I guess we'll have to let them slide on that other 1% LOL! They get tired and cranky too. So glad you are still riding. Hopefully you'll continue for a very long time. It's so nice to have a friend to ride with. Maybe one day they will come out with a drug that works like prednisone and has no side effects and we'll all be out running, riding and dancing again. Enjoy feeling good while you can. a On Nov 2, 2005, at 12:53 PM, Kathe Sabetzadeh wrote: > Hi a: > > He is a good guy, and 99% of the time is very > understanding and helpful.
