Guest guest
Is he only on Prozac currently? We just added Seroquel and my daughter was on the highest dose of Zoloft. It is the 4th day and I am already seeing a difference and she is feeling a difference. Good luck to your son. It is so hard to make these difficult decisions. I'm looking for some advice or maybe just some support. We were given 3 options. 1) lower his prozac and add pinolol (lowers blood pressure) 2) leave his meds as they are and wait to see if the ocd will eventually get better again on its own 3) put him in a new childrens psych. ward thats about an hour from us for 5 days. Guest guest
I understand your hesitation with the cancer drugs and biologics, however, if it were not for those drugs my life would be way worse which is hard to imagine, but it would be. They have slowed my disease progression to some degree and since there is no known cure, slowing sounds good to me especially since I am only 39. Just a thought. If you want to try the antibiotics that is great, but push to get them started because this disease can do a lot of damage while we are waiting around for these doctors. Guest guest
Welcome Jean. Sorry about your injury. Did you have any knee problems before the fall? My one knee was injured in an auto accident, which turned out the be the trigger for my arthritis. I was only in my early 20's when this happened. I'm now 51. Hopefully your rheumatologist can help you get your life back. a On Oct 21, 2005, at 7:45 AM, wrote: > Hi, my name is Jean. I have been recently diagnosed with RA.
