Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Pheew, it's been ages since I posted! Huge hugs to all my old friends and welcome to all the new members, there are many of you who won't know me but since I've become a bit of a lurker I do know something about you :-) Life is fun but hectic. I miss you all terribly but I'm finding it impossible to keep up with my e-mailing ( I often remember you writing that the next time I'd have any time for myself would be when Fabien was in college, you weren't kidding! Lol!) Although I don't have a chance to post I do check in on old friends when I have a free moment and send prayers in lieu of e-mail! My main reason for posting is that I wanted to share my good news with all those of you who do know me. I'm pregnant again!!! So little Fabien will soon have little brother or sister! The baby is due in May. The other good news is that I am still in remission, which I hope will give some of you hope, it does happen! I'm enjoying every day of it and just living for the moment with the hope that this is for good. Since I had Fabien (who'll be 2 1/2 years old in December!) I've only had a few minor flares which I managed to control with Voltaren (couldn't take any major meds as I was breastfeeding). The turning point seemed to come when I stopped working just over a year ago, since then old Arthur has given me a complete break! I honestly believe that the hugely reduced stress was a major factor in my remission. I also breastfed Fabien for a very long time, I'd be interested to know if that could have had anything to do with it... We are all very well. Fabien is adorable and already chatting up a storm (his mother's genes!), he looks just like n though. I've bought the licence for Mauritius to run a stop smoking clinic, and I've been doing the therapists course this year which has kept me quiet busy. It's been great fun being a student again and I will start running courses in January. I'm looking forward to doing something that will help other people and also offer me total flexibility working for myself. I think of you all often and you are in my thoughts and prayers. I'll try and keep in touch a bit more! ((((((((((((((((((((Giant Hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Heidi P.S. a good luck with Wilma! I'll be thinking of you. Mauritius is a major Hurricane spot (our season starts in November) and n is a bit of a Hurricane fanatic, so is following Wilma's progress - hope she leaves you alone! P.P.S. Judi ((((((((((((((Hugs))))))))))))))))))) I'll be thinking of you for your surgery!
