Guest guest Posted January 19, 2011 Report Share Posted January 19, 2011 Hi, Everyone....MB....DH is fine....no spinal problems or head ache. We both went with Gareth tonight for SO Track practice. Ter did his stretching, walking, and jogging with Gareth. Gareth's the one who came home hurting....his hip. He insists on going *all out* and giving 110% even when we and the coaches tell him to slow down. He's already telling me tonight that he needs his wheelchair for work tomorrow!!!
