Re: Angry phase of my RA/Judi

JUDI,

Thank you so much for your support and words of encouragement and

giving me permission to be angry. I think I was actually feeling

guilty for feeling angry which is ridiculous. We all get angry

sometimes. I love what you did with your grandson. I think I can

at least sit outside today (it is a beautiful fall day) as long as I

am dressed warmly and watch the kids play in the leaves. It will at

least make me feel like I am living a little, LOL. I am trying to

maintain my sense of humour, but I do find that venting this anger

is really helping. Quiet acceptance certainly was not working for

me. I keep praying for a cure as well for all of our autoimmune

diseases, not just my RA. Again, thanks for your support. Without

you, I would be nuts I am pretty sure.
