Guest guest
Hi, Everyone........in a nutshell, yes!!! I do believe that, on some days, Gareth is more autistic than other. The problem is finding out the triggers for each change....medications, not feeling well, hormones, etc. What Holly describes with Jake is Gareth to a * T * !!! Just this morning, I was so upset and ready to write to all of you about G's behavior. Dr Jeckle got up and came out to eat breakfast, finished and went back to sit in his chair, and when I went to get him ready for his shower, Mr Hyde emerges. Go figure!!! Mr Hyde looks at me like I'm talking Greek to him.....totally unresponsive, uncooperative, and emotionless. " Gareth, I'm talking to you. Please answer yes or no. " Fifteens or twenty minutes later, he's back to cooperating. This behavior goes on all day long.....drives me nuts anymore!!! It's like the communication center in his brain just stops working for periods of time. Take care, Everyone. Margaret
