strollers & such

Welcome to all our newcomers. I'm new myself. This is my only post since my

intro but I enjoy reading the updates every day that I get on my email. You are

all so helpful!!!

So my question is about big strollers and bike trailers or make-shift types of

those things.

Jordan (7 yrs old, 8 next month) is around 4 ft tall and about 80 lbs of

solidness. If he decides he doesn't want to go somewhere or is done walking or

whatever he just plops down and there is no way for me to move him. We took him

everywhere in his stroller which he gladly climbed into (think he liked the

security of his little space) until it was just physically not possible for him

to fit in anymore. We've since looked for strollers that would accomodate him

and make it easier for him to go places with us. Everything we've looked at

online we'd have to trade both our arms and legs for. This includes bike

trailers (since he's outgrown that too). So for now we can't take him to the

mall or on a walk (he just sits down when he's done regarless how far we are

from home) or a bike ride (he can't peddle yet and doesn't have balance to stay

on a regular bike seat) or anything that we were previously enjoying.

Anyway, has anyone had any luck finding something workable that is affordable

for either.
