My son, Gareth, is 22 y/o, and has been on Risperdal (1 mg am & 1 mg pm) since age 10. He hovers around 180# now. It sounds like may be over medicated if he's sleeping/zombie like. That is not what we want our kids to be like. Gareth also takes 20 mg of Lexapro for his OCD. G's on the Risperdal for aggression/anger. << I used to think the flu was that awful > throwing-up & diarreaha thing, until a few years ago. But it is a respiratory virus> .....there are many types of flu caused by virus'. I think they can be either intestinal or respiratory, depending on the virus. The winter flu vaccine that everyone gets, covers 2 or 3 of the respiratory ones. We all get the flu shots because of Gareth's immune system deficiency/UCTD and his tendency to get pneumonia's easily. Take care, Everyone.
